Working Tips: Perseverance

Hello gorgeous…

I am not be a career expert, yet I still want yo share some of my opinion how to make your career life preserved. One tips at a time. Today, I’d take the chance to give you 1 tips of keeping earning money and staying employed at your company. It’s perseverance!

There were so many times I had the thought of leaving my company and finding another job. Yet… For 3 years I stayed. See where it led me! Now I am a Communication Specialist, bigger salary, bigger responsibility, and better resume for the future.

I made it to this state only by perseverance! I kept on going with my job. When it was time, I finally got this promotion. My perseverance didn’t only get me promoted, but it also gave me some compliments for my work.

It made me stay tough in doing my tasks as well.
How come?
This new position came with bigger risk of being under others’ watch. When I do something good, not everyone will notice. But once I did a mistake, it’s like all eyes are judging me, blaming me. I am pretty sure that a bunch of people are talking behind my back and calling me stupid or anything. Yet… With my perseverance, I manage to keep doing my job and get it done well. It doesn’t need to be rewarded or noticed. I am a bit of workaholic, so I fulfill my need to work in this way. I am also in love with myself, so I feel proud of me by doing something I like and getting paid for it. Some people who notice my work might give their comments, small things that bring a spark of happiness.

So, yeah… Stay! Grow! And pick the fruit when the harvest time is on!

Xoxo,
Nee
