Hello gorgeous…
As I said before, today, the plan was to go to Jepara, where I would stay for 1 night before going to Karimun Jawa the next day (which should be tomorrow)…
But! I got a bad news today: the boat couldn’t sail!! The wave was too high, so… there was an official statement that all boats and ships were not allowed to set sail.
Thus, I improvised! I called Ninuk, my friend in Playen, to make sure that she’s home. Yes, I changed the plan, I decided to go to Wonosari – a district of Yogyakarta with 50s beaches. And I asked Ninuk if I could stay at her house during my contingency trip. Booyah!
She said that I could stay over (even if for a couple of days). So I went to Playen. And my holiday started…
When I arrived at Ninuk’s house, it was almost 7pm. I had a chat with Ninuk and her husband, and when their daughter awoke, we went to eat at Alun-alun Wonosari. Huge chicken was served, a real huge one! We didn’t finish our meal because the portion was out of our league!
After that, we went to the other side of Alun-alun, where the ‘playground’ was located.

My holiday was almost a mess… But thanks to Ninuk, I will still have the holiday, the beaches, and the chance to be away for awhile from Yogyakarta!
